This Privacy Policy explains how the Klioso application (“App”, “Service”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, with mandatory application of the GDPR for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA).

- the Klioso mobile application (iOS)
- web-based booking pages
- related websites and services

- Registered service professionals (users of the App)
- Clients booking services via shared links
- Anonymous visitors of booking pages
4. Data You Provide Voluntarily
- Name and surname (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo (optional)
- Business name and service descriptions
- Work address or location
- Working hours and availability
- Service prices
- Client notes and service history
- In-app messages
5. Data Collected Automatically
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- Time zone and system language
- App interaction events
- Crash logs and diagnostics
- Apple IDFV
IDFA is not used.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Client payments may be processed via Stripe or PayPal.
Payment card details are not stored. Only transaction references are retained.
7. Data Storage
Data is stored using Google Firebase on servers located in the USA or Europe. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
8. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with: Apple, Google (Firebase, Analytics), Stripe, PayPal, SMS and messaging providers.
9. Communications
We may send push notifications, transactional and marketing emails (with opt-out), SMS, and messaging notifications.
10. Cookies
We use essential, analytical, and marketing cookies on web pages.
11. User Rights
Users may access, correct, export, or delete their data and withdraw marketing consent.
12. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18.
13. Security
We use SSL/TLS, encrypted storage, and restricted access.
14. Changes
Users will be notified of material changes.
