Klioso — Operated by Individual Entrepreneur Hosporian Alina in Ukraine.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Klioso (“App”, “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Klioso provides scheduling, booking (including booking pages), optional reminders (including Telegram), and an optional “add to calendar” feature (via ICS), and related tools for service professionals and their clients. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and any payment-related features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it. You can delete your account in the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4. Communications
By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails, including reminders to complete your purchase. You can opt-out at any time.
5. Messaging and client consent
If you enable client notifications (e.g., Telegram reminders, SMS/WhatsApp reminders), you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your clients to receive such messages. Clients can opt in to Telegram reminders by starting the Telegram bot @klioso_notify_bot. They can stop reminders by stopping/blocking the bot.
6. Add to calendar (ICS)
If you use “add to calendar”, Klioso provides a calendar event file/link (ICS) that you can import into your calendar app. Klioso does not access your calendar and does not automatically sync events after import.
7. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
A) iOS purchases (Apple In-App Purchase)
If you buy a subscription inside the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Apple’s terms and billing rules apply.
B) Web/PWA purchases
If you buy on our website or PWA, payments are processed via secure checkout partners. We do not store full payment card details.
C) SMS Credits & Limits
Free tier includes 10 one-time verification SMS. Pro tier includes 100 verification SMS monthly. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional SMS packs are available as non-refundable consumable purchases.
8. Refunds
Web/PWA: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed in accordance with our payment processors’ terms (see /refund). Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Klioso a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Service for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klioso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
