Delete Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In-app deletion
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone — there is no way to recover your data.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to support@klioso.app with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Email requests are processed within 30 days.
For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing an email deletion request.
What gets deleted
- Account information
- Business and profile data
- Booking and client data
- Messages and notes
What may be retained
Limited transaction references required for legal or accounting reasons (e.g., purchase identifiers, subscription status).
