These Terms govern the use of the Klioso application.
1. Service
Klioso is a scheduling and booking platform for service professionals.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for account security. Accounts can be deleted at any time.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Client payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content.
6. Prohibited Use
Illegal or abusive use is prohibited.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended for violations.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”.
9. Governing Law
Ukraine.
