This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Klioso purchases.
Web / PWA purchases
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed in accordance with our payment processor's (Creem) terms.
To request a refund, contact support@klioso.app. Please include the email address associated with your Klioso account.
Extra SMS credit packs are non-refundable consumable purchases unless required by law.
iOS purchases (Apple In-App Purchase)
If you purchased a subscription inside the iOS app, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Please request a refund directly through Apple.
Android purchases (Google Play Billing)
If you purchased a subscription inside the Android app, refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's policies. Please request a refund directly through Google Play.
