Where to share your online booking link so clients can actually find it
A booking link only works when clients notice it at the right moment. Here is where to place it and how to explain what happens after the click.
You have set up your services, working hours and personal booking page. But a link does not bring clients by itself. It needs to appear where people discover your work or decide to book.
You do not need ten channels on day one. Start with the two most important places, test the client journey and add more only when the basics work.
1. Make one link your main booking route
If your profile shows one address, your stories show another and your messages still say “DM me,” clients cannot tell which option is current. Choose your personal KLIOSO page as the main route and use the same link everywhere.
You can still reply personally. Instead of discussing five possible times, send a page that already shows services and genuine availability.
2. Put the link in your main social profile
A profile is often the first place a new client checks after seeing a post or receiving a recommendation. The booking link should be visible without searching through old content.
Label it with a clear action: “Book online,” “Choose a service and time” or “View availability.” A client should know what will open before tapping.
If you use several social platforms, update the one that generates the most enquiries first.
3. Create a dedicated pinned story
A pinned story can explain the process in four simple steps:
1. choose a service; 2. choose an available time; 3. enter contact details; 4. complete the booking.
Place the link and a direct call to action on the final screen. Do not overload this story with every rule and exception. Its job is to guide people to the booking page.
4. Save one reply for messages
Clients will still ask, “When are you free?” Save a short answer you can send in seconds:
Choose a service and a convenient available time here: [your link].
You can make it warmer for returning clients, but keep the direction clear. A naked URL feels less trustworthy than a sentence explaining why someone should open it.
5. Add it to your website and business listings
If you have a website, portfolio or public business profile, the booking button should lead directly to KLIOSO rather than another social homepage. Every unnecessary step gives a client another chance to stop.
Use a specific button label such as “Book” or “Choose a time.” Test the mobile version and make sure people do not have to copy the address manually.
6. Use a QR code in useful offline places
A QR code can work on a business card, a small sign by the mirror, the payment counter or an aftercare card. It gives returning clients a quick way to save your booking page.
If you create the code with another service, encode the direct personal link and scan it with a different phone before printing. Keep it large enough and place it on a simple background.
7. Mention the link at the right moment
The link is most useful when you:
- show a specific service;
- post a finished result;
- announce an open slot;
- open bookings for a new week or month;
- answer someone asking about price or availability.
In those moments, booking is a natural next step rather than a random sales message.
8. Test the complete client journey
Open every placement on your phone. Check that the link is tappable, leads to your page and has not been cut off. Then select a service and make a test booking.
Test again after changing your profile name, page address or social layout. Clients rarely report a broken link; they often just leave.
9. Start with three placements
At the beginning, you only need:
1. the link in your main profile; 2. a saved messenger reply; 3. a pinned story with a short explanation.
Add a website button, QR code and extra platforms later. One reliable, well-explained route is more useful than many confusing links.
The key point
Your KLIOSO link works best when it appears at the moment a client is ready to act. Keep it visible in your profile, use it to simplify message replies and explain in one sentence that clients can choose their service and time.
Finally, test everything on a phone. Clients should never need to hunt for the link, copy it manually or ask what to do next.
